Fee Information

A breakdown of expected fees and/or supplies by grade is below. 

For more information on the District's optional Chromebook Protection Plan fee, please click here. While this fee is optional, the District strongly recommends that families of students with District-issued Chromebooks purchase the plan.

Info By Grade

Grades K-6

This year’s school supply fee for students in Grades K-6 will be $35. These funds will be used to purchase supplies for students, including: pencils, notebooks, markers, workbooks and other consumable instructional materials. The District’s ability to obtain bulk pricing on supplies will result in lower costs for families.

Parents are asked to provide only the following items:

• Paint smock (an old shirt is fine)
• Gym shoes to be kept at school

For convenience, families can pay the supply fee online at PaySchools Central.

Woodbury students will need to purchase a swim cap and two combination locks.

Grades 7-8

Shaker Heights Middle School students pay an activity fee of $25 at the start of the year to help cover the cost of co-curricular activities. For convenience, families can pay the activity fee online at PaySchools Central.

Students at the Middle School are responsible for providing their own school supplies. Lists may be downloaded below.

Grades 9-12

Shaker Heights High School students pay an activity fee of $25 at the start of the year to help cover the cost of co-curricular activities. For convenience, families can pay the activity fee online at PaySchools Central.

Students at the High School are responsible for providing their own school supplies. Teachers will provide supply lists at the start of the year.

By law, activity fees for Grades 7-12 may not be waived.
