Title I
Title I, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act provides financial assistance to schools with high numbers or percentages of low-income students to help ensure that all children meet challenging state academic content and student academic achievement standards. 
 
 
English Language Learners 
The English Language Learner (ELL)department at Shaker Schools provides English language instruction to students whose primary home language language is not English. The program includes students from all over the world including the United States. Some of the most common languages represented in Shaker include Arabic, Amharic, Bengali, Chinese, French, German, Hausa, Patois, Spanish, Tagalog, Tamil and Turkish.
