If you are interested in acting as a Sponsor for Shaker Heights High School's Senior Project, please complete the form below and we will add you to our database.  The Senior Project advisors will assist students in finding a sponsor based on the student's interests.  It is possible that you will not be matched with a student.  If you are matched with a student, that student will contact you directly using the information that you provide.  More information regarding the responsibilities of a sponsor and the timeline for our Senior Project can be found at the Senior Project Home Page.

A requirement of Senior Project is that our students complete a minimum of 100 hours during the month of Senior Project. Will the student be able to complete 100 hours with you/your organization? (Note: Not all 100 hours need to be under your direct supervision.)
