April 12, 2021—The Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio (ESC) is working with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health (CCBH) to gauge demand and interest in COVID-19 vaccines for students ages 16 and older. They have asked that all county school districts survey their families with students who are 16 years old or who will turn 16 by the end of the school year to determine how many students are interested in receiving a vaccine.
Please complete this Student COVID-19 Vaccine Survey by Thursday, April 14 at 5 p.m. so that we can share this information with the ESC and with the CCBH.
In the near term, the ESC and CCBH will share information on community vaccine clinics for students age 16 and older as soon as it becomes available.
