September 25, 2020—Dr. JeffriAnne Wilder, the District’s Executive Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, launches Equity Unscripted, a series of brief and compelling videos designed to engage our school community in reflection, discussion and taking action on today’s relevant issues.
Today, Dr. Wilder pays tribute to Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, shares information about National Hispanic Heritage Month and discusses the importance of remembering Breonna Taylor and all victims of social and racial injustice. You may watch the video below.
Moving forward, Dr. Wilder will release Equity Unscripted videos weekly on Mondays, beginning Monday, October 5. We encourage you to use them as conversation starters at home, in the classroom and in the community.
