Substitute Teaching

The Shaker Heights City School District participates in substitute services provided through the North Coast Shared Services Alliance, under contract with Wixey and Associates. Through the NCSSA, Wixey serves as our substitute teacher management provider, responsible for recruitment and employment of certified substitutes for our District. If you are interested in becoming a substitute teacher for Shaker Heights City Schools, please submit an application through the NCSSA.
