Partial demolition took place July through October 2025. Gilbane Building Company and AKA Construction Management demolished the pool, gym, east wing and west wing. The District will retain the center building and renovate it, then build an addition, including a natatorium, auditorium and classrooms. Woodbury will reopen as the new Middle School in Fall 2027.
