Board of Education Livestream

The Monday, April 7, 2025, Board of Education meeting (rescheduled from Tuesday, April 1) will take place onsite at 5 p.m. in the Small Auditorium at Shaker Heights High School. Members of the public are permitted to attend the meeting in person. Additionally, the meeting will be livestreamed to the public beginning at 5 p.m. PLEASE NOTE THE EARLIER START TIME.

Stakeholders will have the option of offering public comment in-person at the Board meeting or submitting comment online to be added to the meeting minutes. Because of the need to cover many items of business, the Board asks all who wish to give in-person comment to register in advance so that we can continue to run efficient meetings that respect everyone’s time. In-person comments will be taken in the order received on the Google Form. Please note per Board Policy, the period allotted for public comment is limited to 30 minutes and may be extended at the discretion of the Board President. 

Online comments will not be read aloud at the meeting but will be submitted into the meeting minutes.

Online comments and registrations must be made by 12 p.m. (noon) on Monday, April 7, 2025.

Individuals who registered for the April 1 meeting do not need to re-register unless they wish to change presenting comment in person or submitting written comment.
