January 3, 2022 - The Family and Community Engagement and Registration Offices have relocated to their new spaces in the freshly renovated Shaker Heights Public Library. Their offices are now located in the Shaker Heights School Welcome Center on the second floor of the library. The move occurred over winter recess and the offices are now fully operational in their new location.

The offices are open for in-person visits from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with telephone support available starting at 8 a.m.
This new location will allow both of these offices to better serve the community, with greater access to parking, public transportation and other Shaker Heights services offered by the library.
