May 12 Board of Education Meeting Details & Public Comment Submissions

May 7, 2021—The Wednesday, May 12, 2021, Board of Education meeting will take place at 6 p.m. onsite at Shaker Heights High School. In accordance with the District's COVID-19 protocol, no visitors will be permitted at the in-person meeting. However, in compliance with Ohio Revised Code provisions, the Board meeting will be live-streamed to the public beginning at 6 p.m. and available at the following links:

For access to the meeting agenda and presentation documents, click here. The agenda will be available after 7 p.m. on Friday, May 7.

Residents are encouraged to submit public comments or questions regarding items on the May 12 agenda by 5 p.m. Wednesday through a comment form. Comments will be read into the record at the meeting.

Additionally, public comment is invited for the proposed calendars for the 2022-23 and 2023-24 school years referenced in agenda item 7.1. Public comment on the calendars may be submitted through this form until 5 p.m. on May 28 for the June 8 Board of Education meeting. The calendars will be adopted at the June 8 meeting.
