District Names Shannise Jackson-Ndiaye Registrar of Shaker Heights Schools

Shannise Jackson-NdaiyeMay 8, 2019—The District is pleased to announce that Shannise Jackson-Ndiaye has been named Registrar of Shaker Heights Schools. In this role, Ms. Jackson-Ndiaye is responsible for the registration of all students who enroll at the District and for outreach efforts to families in need of registration.

Ms. Jackson-Ndiaye has more than 20 years of experience in urban education as a teacher, program planner and enrollment coordinator. Her teaching experience includes working as an English as a Second Language teacher in Akron, teaching language arts and math in Charlotte, North Carolina, and teaching Digital Literacy in Germantown, Maryland. Most recently, she was at The Intergenerational Schools in Cleveland, where she served as the Enrollment and Community Relations Coordinator.

Ms. Jackson-Ndiaye is a graduate of Cleveland State University, where she earned her B.S. in Education. She earned her M.Ed. in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State, as well. She also holds a M.A. in New Media Journalism from Full Sail University.

A native of Northeast Ohio, Ms. Jackson-Ndiaye lives in Cleveland with her fourth-grade daughter.
