July 17, 2020—Shaker Heights Schools will offer in-person enrollment for new students at Shaker Heights Middle School beginning Tuesday, July 21 until the start of school. In-person enrollment is by appointment only and intended for families who cannot complete enrollment online and who need official transcripts or documents to be notarized.
These services will be provided on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning July 21, and then Mondays through Fridays, beginning Monday, August 3. Please note:
July 21-July 30: In-person enrollment will be available by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays (July 21, 23, 28 and 30), from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
August 3-August 18: In-person enrollment will be available by appointment only Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
You must call the Registration Office at 216-295-4321 to schedule an appointment for in-person enrollment.
Families with new students may also enroll online.

Masks are required and will be provided if you do not have your own.
One parent/guardian is permitted to attend the appointment. No additional family members, please.
Walk-ins will not be accepted.
