Seven SHHS Students Earn Medals on National Classical Etymology Exam

January 21, 2020—Seven Shaker Heights High School students earned medals on the 2019-2020 National Classical Etymology Exam. The National Classical Etymology Exam tests a student's ability to handle both Latin and Greek derivatives and their usage in the English language. 

Congratulations to the following students:

Gold Medals:

  • Max Carroll (Level IV)
  • Max Feinleib (Level V)
  • Matt Schiavone (Level V)

Silver Medals

  • Meg Bennett (Level IV)
  • Ben Schiavone (Level II)

Bronze Medals

  • Craig Bush (Level V)
  • Nikolai Ewing (Level II)
