September 16, 2021—The Varsity football game at Bedford High School on Friday, September 17, and the Junior Varsity football game versus Bedford at Shaker Heights on Saturday, September 18, have been canceled due to COVID-19 exposure.
After assessing a variety of factors, including vaccination status and close contact designations, it was determined that canceling the games was the most prudent decision for the health and safety of players, coaches and fans. The decision was made after consultation with Coach Nicholson and District administrators.
