September 13, 2023—The District is pleased to announce that Tracy Glover Williams has been appointed Registrar. Her appointment was approved by the Board of Education Tuesday. Ms. Williams succeeds Shannise Jackson-Ndiaye, who resigned over the summer.
As Registrar, Ms. Williams will be tasked with a wide variety of duties and responsibilities that impact students and families. Ms. Williams has performed a variety of duties since joining the District in 2014. For eight years, she served as an administrative assistant in the High School Counseling Office, where she assisted with weekly progress reports for students, college transcripts, military recruiting and scheduled and hosted 50 or more college admissions visits annually. Ms. Williams also served as co-advisor for the High School MAC Sister Scholars program.
