Last Day of School Changed to May 29

May 1, 2020—The District will share information in the coming days and weeks to help you plan for the end of this school year, as this year will be different than typical years.

Today, we wanted to make you aware that the last day of school for students in grades PreK-11 has been changed to Friday, May 29. Teachers will use Monday, June 1-Thursday, June 4 to help plan for the start of school in the fall. 

As is typical, the last day for seniors will be earlier—on Friday, May 22—to allow for High School staff to calculate and submit seniors’ credits for graduation to the state. 

All students may hand in any missing work through 4 p.m. on Friday, May 29. Grades for all students will be posted to ProgressBook after 12 p.m. on Friday, June 5. 

We understand that many families have questions about the District’s summer programming. We will share that information as soon as it becomes available.
