Update on School Meals and Food Distribution Resources

In the midst of the government shutdown and the potential suspension of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) as of November 1, the District would like to provide several updates on our school meals and community resources.

Update on School Meals
The District expends its own funds on school meals, then receives a reimbursement from the government at a later date. Please know that breakfast and lunch will continue to be provided at all of our school buildings with no interruption.
