Tiffani Maher to be Principal at Ludlow Early Learning Center

Tiffani Maher, currently principal at Rees E. Price Academy, a PreK-Grade 6 elementary school within the Cincinnati Public Schools, has been selected as the next principal of the Ludlow Early Learning Center. She will begin her new role on August 1.

During her time at Rees E. Price Academy, Ms. Maher successfully led a comprehensive school turnaround that earned the State of Ohio Momentum Award for significant student growth. She was selected following a comprehensive interview process that included collaboration with Ludlow faculty, staff, parents and District administrators.

With approximately 13 years of experience in education, Ms. Maher has served as a Montessori teacher, assistant principal, interim principal and principal. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for instructional leadership, culturally responsive practices, early literacy and math achievement, and fostering positive school cultures centered on student success.

“Ms. Maher brings a thoughtful and collaborative leadership style and a passion for supporting the whole child,” said Dr. Felecia Evans, Assistant Superintendent of Learning & Teaching. “Her experience in early childhood and elementary education and her commitment to strong family partnerships and engaging learning environments, make her an excellent fit for the Ludlow Early Learning Center community.”

Prior to her current role, Ms. Maher served in leadership positions at several Cincinnati Public Schools, including Hyde Park School, Westwood School, Spencer Center for the Gifted, Academy of Multilingual Immersion Studies and Ethel Taylor Academy. She also served as an assistant principal with Lakota Local Schools and began her career as a Montessori educator at Pleasant Ridge Montessori.

Ms. Maher holds a Master of Education in Montessori Education from Xavier University and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Leadership, Culture and Curriculum at Miami University.
