George Clark to Join Middle School as Associate Principal

Shaker Heights Schools is pleased to announce that George Clark will be joining the leadership team at Shaker Heights Middle School as the Associate Principal beginning with the 2026-2027 school year.
Mr. Clark has served as Principal of Lomond Elementary School since the 2019-2020 school year. During his time at Lomond, he has led with a strong focus on relationship-building and supporting the social-emotional well-being of students.
Prior to becoming principal at Lomond, Mr. Clark served as an Assistant Principal at Shaker Heights High School. His educational experience also includes work as an intervention specialist supporting students with learning disabilities and cognitive delays, as well as serving as an assistant athletic director.
Mr. Clark earned a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Toledo and a master’s degree in educational administration and supervision from Bowling Green State University.
The District will begin a search process for the next principal of Lomond Elementary School in the coming weeks. Additional information about the process and opportunities for stakeholder input will be shared with the Lomond community as details become available.
