About Resolute Educational Solutions, LLC

The Shaker Heights Schools is pleased to announce the selection of Detroit-based Resolute Educational Solutions, LLC to help craft the District’s next Strategic Plan.

Resolute emerged as the District’s partner after the Request for Proposal (RFP) process netted 15 responding firms with both national and local footprints. The Strategic Plan Advisory Committee, which consists of 16 stakeholders including community members and District personnel, then interviewed four finalists and made a selection for final consideration by the District. During the screening process, Resolute demonstrated a seamless alignment with the District’s focus on student experience and equity.

“Resolute approaches their work as a thought partner through an equity lens with the goal of addressing disparities in educational outcomes. We are looking forward to collaborating with them to shape the direction of the District for years to come,” said Dr. David Glasner, Superintendent of Shaker Heights Schools.

Resolute will begin work immediately to facilitate the District’s Strategic Planning process, which will include many opportunities for community stakeholder input, with the goal of presenting a completed plan to the Shaker Heights Board of Education in the spring of 2020.
