Introducing Abre: Your One-Stop Shop for Information about Your Student
Shaker Heights Schools is excited to introduce Abre, a new platform that provides you with access to important and useful information that is specific to your student(s). Throughout the year, this portal will evolve, though our goal is for Abre to become your one-stop shop for information about your student, your school(s) and the District. 

Please watch your inboxes in the coming days for an email from [email protected], which will include a student-specific parent access token and instructions on how to set up and log in to your Abre account.
 
Currently, Abre provides the following information:
  • Your student’s profile and information
  • MAP and state assessment scores
  • IEP and 504 information for your student (if applicable)
  • Links to ProgressBook, PayForIt, Naviance and more
  • Directions and links on how to update contact phone numbers, email, etc.
  • Access to PTO resources
  • District and building information and announcements
You can get a head start on Abre by creating your account, even before you receive your parent access token. You can access Abre online here. Read instructions on creating your account here.
 
Moving forward, we encourage all families to use Abre to access student information, as the District plans to migrate all links to our parent resources, which are currently available on our website, to one centralized location in Abre. Please note: the District will still continue to communicate directly with our families via email, US Mail, social media, etc.
