Update Your Student's Information Online

August 12, 2019—All families should have received an email from " rgnotifications2@ohconnect.org " with login credentials to update student information prior to the start of school in our online system, Registration Gateway. Registration Gateway enables parents/guardians to update contact information (including phone numbers and email address to receive school news and alerts), medical information and annual permissions online. If you do not see an email from “rgnotifications2@ohconnect.org” with the subject line “Reminder: Please Complete Annual Update” in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Login credentials are based on the youngest enrolled student (not Kindergarten) attending Shaker Schools:

  • Username: Student ID number of youngest Shaker student in household (not in Kindergarten)
  • Password: Youngest Shaker student's 8-digit date of birth without spaces or marks (i.e., mmddyyyy)

Parents should visit https://gateway.shaker.org to update their student's information prior to the start of school.
