Shaker Wrestlers, Toriano Houston, Najee Lockett and Eli Meinhard will be competing Friday and Saturday in the OHSAA North Canton DI District Wrestling Championships at North Canton Hoover High School.
Houiston (113 lbs.) and Meinhard (152 lbs.) both finished 3rd at the OHSAA Kenston DI Sectionals to advance to the Districts while Lockett was the Kenston Sectional champion at 170 lbs.
All three Raiders will be looking to advance to next week's OHSAA State Wrestling Championships in Columbus.
The top 4 finishers in each weight class will advance to the State Championships.
The first two Championship rounds of wrestling will begin at 5:00pm Friday with Consolation bracket matches beginning Saturday at 10:00am.
Semifinals will begin at approximately 5:45pm Saturday and the Parade of Championships at 6:00pm.
