April 13, 2018—The Shaker Heights Human Resources Department has released the Leadership Profile for the Middle School principal. The Human Resources Department met with focus groups consisting of eight students, eight staff members, and twelve parents and received results from an online survey completed by 170 stakeholders. The survey and focus group meetings gathered input to assist in determining the strengths of the Shaker Heights Middle School, the challenges that the new principal will face and primary characteristics desired of the new principal.
