SHHS Chamber Orchestra To Compete at Lincoln Center
How do you get to Lincoln Center? Practice – and fundraise! The SHHS Chamber Orchestra, under the direction of Donna Jelen, is one of only 10 orchestras from around the country selected to compete in the National Orchestra Cup at Alice Tully Hall in Lincoln Center, NYC! The competition takes place in March, 2017.
This is an exciting opportunity for our musicians, but they need your support to help defray competition and travel fees. The Shaker Schools Foundation has set up a special scholarship fund for this trip. To donate online use the link below.
