July 24, 2017 - Dr. Gregory C. Hutchings, Jr., Superintendent of Schools, issued the following statement about the death of Tierra Bryant:
“The administrators, teachers and staff of the Shaker Schools were saddened to learn of the death of Tierra Bryant, a 2013 Shaker Heights High School graduate. The death of any young person is tragic, and the circumstances around Tierra’s disappearance and death are especially difficult to comprehend. We send our sincere condolences to her family and her friends.”
