ACT for All 11th Graders
Beginning Wednesday, February 20, the state-funded, online ACT exam will be administered to all 11th grade students. Individual test schedules were mailed home to families. If your child is approved for extended time, the test will be administered over multiple days, as noted on the schedule. Students will return to class when their room is finished testing. Students who have lunch 4th period will need to eat lunch upon finishing their test and then return to class. Students will attend their classes until they are scheduled to begin their test (if applicable).
School will remain in session on all of the ACT administration dates and all students should report to class when they are not testing. Attendance is required for testing and any absences should be reported, as usual, to the attendance office at 295-4203.
In preparation for an exam, please ensure your child gets a good night’s sleep, eats a healthy breakfast and arrives to school no later than 8:00 a.m. with a photo ID and a writing utensil.
