9th Grade and New Student Orientation
Friday, August 19
The incoming freshman class is split into two groups (morning and afternoon) for orientation. Please have your student attend the appropriate session as indicated below:
Session I is 9 am - 12 noon: for 9th grade students (who are not in Band) with last names A-P
and all new students (grades 10-12)
12 noon: Band Preview Show
Session II is 1 pm - 4 pm: for 9th grade students with last names Q-Z and all 9th grade Band students (including any new students who are in Band)
Students should check the signs posted in the main hallway for their orientation room assignments and report directly to their assigned room.
Orientation is for students only. Students will receive their schedules, ID's, textbooks, locker information, and a chance to explore the building at orientation.
We hope that by having two sessions your student will have a more efficient and fulfilling orientation experience.
