Hard Conversations: Talking with Teens About the Risky Things They Do

Shaker PTO Council and the Shaker Family and Community Engagement Center invite you to come hear Dr. Lisa Damour, Ph.D., discuss "Hard Conversations: Talking with Teens About the Risky Things They Do". Join us on Thursday, October 20th at 7 p.m. in the SHHS Large Auditorium where Dr. Damour will offer parents facts, phrases, and a framework for talking with their teenagers about risky behavior. Dr. Damour is a Shaker parent, clinical psychologist, Director of Laurel School's Center for Research on Girls and the author of "Untangled: Guiding Teenage Girls Through the Seven Transitions into Adulthood" (Ballantine, February 2016).
