April 22, 2019—This fall, in addition to teaching, directing and conducting the SHHS Orchestras, Donna Jelen will serve as conductor of the Cleveland Institute of Music's Preparatory Orchestra, which offers ensemble training for intermediate string players. Ms. Jelen has been a part of the CIM preparatory faculty since 2006. She currently conducts the String Sinfonia Orchestra at CIM, which is open to young string players, and she will continue in this role, as well. Congratulations, Ms. Jelen!
