August Partner of the Month

The Muskingum County Board of Developmental Disabilities - Starlight Programs recently presented Mary Jane Shakelford from Barnes Advertising our August Partner of the Month Award.  This outstanding family owned company has been around since 1916 and they have always provided excellent services to Muskingum County as a whole which includes the Starlight Programs.  We thank you for your dedication and willingness to help people with developmental disabilities.
