Update on Incident Near Lomond

August 29, 2018—Social media reports of a police incident near Lomond Elementary School today are inaccurate. All students and staff are safe and the school day is proceeding as normal. Shaker Heights Police Department reported that an incident did occur between a man and a woman near the school. The man was injured and transported to a hospital. The incident has concluded.
