Here is the form for parents and guardians to provide information about their Mercer student for class placements for the 2018-19 school year. You may also pick up a paper copy in the main office.  Be certain to provide detailed information regarding your child’s learning style and anything you feel may be pertinent or important regarding your son or daughter.  I will be reviewing these in detail and will contact you if I feel we need to meet in person.
