Ramsey T. Inman Named SHHS Assistant Principal

Ramsey T. Inman, a social studies teacher with the Bedford City School District, has been named an assistant principal of Shaker Heights High School effective July 13. He is assuming the position that was vacated by Frank Wessinger.

Inman has taught social studies for the Bedford schools since 2007, where he served as social studies department chair and instructional specialist. He also has been a strategic planning committee leader, a member of his school’s building leadership team, and director of the Men’s Achievement Committee.

Prior to working with the Bedford schools, Inman was a one-on-one aide with Education Alternatives in Elyria, and worked as a Latch-Key Tutor with the Akron Area YMCA.

Inman holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education, integrated social studies from the University of Akron and a master’s degree in educational administration from Ursuline College.
