New Robocall System Later this Fall

September 6, 2017—Most of us like robocalls as much as we do an April blizzard in Cleveland. But when the District has to send out important information and reminders to lots of families quickly, they do come in handy.

Still, we hate to pester you with a robocall on all your numbers. That's why Shaker Schools is working on a partnership with a new vendor for robocalls, text alerts and emails.

In preparation for the rollout—expected later this fall—please review the yellow "automated call preferences" form that was attached with your annual Goldenrod student information sheet. Refine the numbers and email addresses you want to include in the new system and send it back in. Please note: the system will default to the cell and home number on record for forms returned without checked boxes.

We'll send along more information when we're rolling out the new system later this fall. In the meantime, thank you for helping us updating your contact information.
