Tyler Smith Earns Leo Lucas Scholarship

May 12, 2017—Congratulations to Tyler Smith, who was selected by the Ohio School Boards Association Black Caucus to receive the Leo Lucas Scholarship. The scholarship provides graduating African-American high school seniors funds for college. Tyler was one of only six students in the state to receive the award.
