The varsity and JV wrestling teams have been busy with tournament play over Thanksgiving Break.
Congratulations to the wrestling team for taking 4th place at the Beachwood Kickoff Classic Tournament. The team was lead by 3rd place finisher Josh Johnson and Tournament Champions Micah Shorts, Emmanual Lewis and Rashaun Searles. Rashaun also won most pins in the shortest amount of time with 5 first period pins. Congratulations Wrestlers.
The JV wrestlers also did a nice job at the Eastlake North Tournament. We had several placers including Joe Marino and Jakee Frazier taking 3rd and Champions Courtney Ledyard and Xavier Johnson placing 1st.
You can get your first look at the wrestling Raiders at home this Thursday night at 6pm in the North Gym against the Normandy Invaders. Come support your wrestlers.
