ProgressBook is an electronic gradebook that permits students and parents to view grades and other information posted by teachers. To maintain confidentiality, each user needs a username and password.

To go directly to ProgressBook:

From the Shaker Heights home page:

• Go to www.shaker.org.
• Choose “Information for Parents” from the blue choices to the left of the screen.
• A menu will appear. Click on “ProgressBook” in green.
• Enter your username and password and click “Login.”

For current grade information:

• Under “STUDENT”, click the “Average” link.
• Click on the desired class.

To print a progress report:

• Click on the “PRINT REPORT” link at the bottom middle in blue to have print copy.
• Press the print button on the screen (typically at the top on the left).

For other information your teacher may choose to post:

• Click on the “HOME” tab at the top of the page.
• Under “CLASSROOM” click on any of the choices for further class information.
• Under “HOMEWORK” click on any of the choices for homework information.

To Reset Username and/or Password:

• Click on the “HOME” tab at the top of the page.
• NOTE: The school retains only the original username and password you are issued. If you choose to change your username or password, the school will not be able to retrieve it should you forget it.
