Residents Invited to Tour Schools on October 14

SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio – Residents of the Shaker Heights City School District are invited to come back to school on October 14 to see teachers and students in action.

Each of the District’s eight schools will open its doors to visitors for the fifteenth annual Tour Your Schools Day between the hours of 9 a.m. and noon and again from 1 to 3 p.m. All visitors are asked to register at the check-in table, where volunteers will be on-hand to provide assistance.

Prospective residents, too, are encouraged to take advantage of Tour Your Schools Day. Each principal has set aside time to meet with parents of future and prospective students.

The schedule is as follows:
9:30 a.m. Woodbury (grades 5-6)
10:30 a.m. Boulevard, Fernway, Lomond, Mercer, Onaway (K-4)
11 a.m. High School (9-12)
1 p.m. Middle School (7-8)
