Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)

ease@work

The District provides contracted services to help employees. ease@work is a free, confidential and voluntary program that provides short-term mental health, financial, wellness and legal services. ease@work also provides referral services to community, childcare or eldercare resources. The employee and members of their household are eligible. 
 
Our goal is to help you identify your problems, potential resolutions and plans for the future. This is a benefit provided to you and your household members through Shaker Schools.
